The story

Why HCM
exists

Mahek has always been drawn to people — to their stories, their passions, and the things they build. Whether it's a family-run restaurant that's been in the neighbourhood for years, or a small brand built by someone who bet on themselves, she sees the work behind it. And she wanted to help people see it too.

"Small business owners deserve to be seen. They put everything into what they do — the least we can do is make sure people know about it."

Human Connection Marketing was founded in January 2026 with one goal: to bring authentic, original marketing to the brands that need it most. Not the big agencies with bottomless budgets, but the local coffee shop, the independent brand, the small business owner who is great at what they do but hasn't figured out social media yet.

Mahek brings something most marketers don't: she grew up with this. As a Gen Z founder, social media isn't a tool she learned — it's a language she speaks. Combined with her studies in marketing and psychology, she approaches every client with a rare blend of creative instinct and genuine curiosity about people.
